Hello everyone
Wow - are you feeling the intensification and build up over these past few months? For a week or so prior to the eclipse on 13/14, I was aware of an incredible pressure building in my head specifically. This began releasing and integrating beautifully on the 14th, but we really are being pushed now.
I was mulling over how best to describe the current energies and a song popped into my mind - it was the 'Hokey Cokey'. You know the one that goes, "You put your left leg in, your left leg out & shake it all about" and the song proceeds until you put your whole body in and shake it all about! I thought, 'how appropriate', a cosmic Hokey Cokey - Spirit really does have a sense of humour!
We've been shaken up bit by bit over the past number of years, as layer by layer a lot of our psychic and emotional debris was released. Now we're at the part where we 'shake our whole body all about'. We're shaking off the dust, the granules that still remain of our old selves so we can accommodate our grand, expanded beingness. Those who haven't done their inner work yet, will find these times increasingly unsettling as the whole body shake up begins to dislodge that which they have been holding on tightly to.
For those of you who have been trudging this path for years, your real work is now just beginning. Holding a powerful presence that embodies peace, love and inner strength will make you the calm in the eye of other's storms in the tumultuous times ahead. Don't lose sight of your purpose and vision - December 2012 is not the end of anything, it is really the beginning of what you came here to do. I'm only now beginning to really appreciate and know this in a much deeper way that goes beyond the mental understanding.
The other analogy that was springing to mind was that of emerging from the spin cycle of a grand cosmic washing program. All crinkled and creased, inside out & nothing is as it was before. It feels as if our bodies have shrunk & are struggling to accomodate the expanded energy forms we have all been working to create. We've been reconfigured, rewired, shaken up, reactivated - now we just need to be ironed out, and ensure everything is realigned. Of course, this is where the Diamond Light Grid comes into its own as a vital component.
I'm sure you will agree with me that it is quite a ride!

When this happens, we may feel that we have temporarily lost our sense of self and our love disappears. Being cracked open really expedites our growth. We know that we have to go to the next level. Our past is gone and our New Beginnings beckon.
We now need to be on Full Alert and super aware. It's definitely a time for action. Often these actions have to be made quickly while in the midst of stressful situations. Every act of completion contains the seeds of a New Beginning. The completion and the beginning happen simultaneously, rather than in a linear progression.
In the midst of this, the simple moments of life become ever more precious and grounding. Watching a bird in the garden, our small interactions with people who are real, sitting quietly with a loved one. These simple moments become like Insertion Points of a normal world into the midst of a chaotic one.
A great gathering together is taking place, bringing with it strong surges of Love. Huge breakthroughs are all around us. The time we've been waiting for is here, NOW"

It is bound to be another powerful event, as I also discovered that Solara is leading a final 11:11 gate activation into "The Diamond of the Unseen" on the same day. The Antaneea Technique - releasing time in the body and bringing you into the eternal now. This is a process that was truly created for these times.
At the end of October, I facilitated a workshop in the
fabulous Antaneea workshop in Chorley. The experiences and feedback were simply amazing, with one of the delegates doing some powerful releasing from the collective field and Gaia that moved us all. This is a tremendous support process for the times we are going through and truly helps to shift stuff from the physical as well as the energy bodies.

A powerful TED talk detailing the immense mountains of wasted foods at all levels of the production process. This should be a wake up for us & has inspired my initiative to support Fare Share for the next 2 months, as well as being very aware of how I process my own food.
"Solar Maximum - Oh you missed it"! This New Scientist article gives some good insight into the fact that this solar cycle is NOT the most intense as many are promulgating. We need to think bigger for some of the effects we are seeing on earth (see also the great little video on my blog)
This video is a couple of years old, but contains some thought provoking information. Lloyd takes a deeper look at evolution not taught in mainstream education through ancient skull and bone configurations. Well worth watching.
A really good article using critical thinking to examine the myth of planetary warming. In the past 2 months there has also been an official report issued actually stating that in the past 16 years there has been overall/average warming.The weird weather we are having is influenced by far greater environmental factors.
A really good website to explore for those who wish to understand more about our local universe. There is a lot of information & some video clips to understand the impact of living in a high plasma, electrically charged environment. Good to bookmark!
I smiled when I read the title of this one which is, The Heart-Brain Complex", as I had just finished putting together the event framework for the 22-11 webcast and group meditation! Spirit and synchronicity at work....
