Firstly, I extend a warm and deeply heartfelt Thank You to all who responded in such supportive ways following my last newsletter. I am truly grateful for all the emails, and appreciative actions taken by so many of you.
I had to say a final goodbye to my precious Smudge on 17 January. When he refused to eat even the smallest morsel of chicken (which he has NEVER refused), and his little body would hardly support him I knew I had to help him on his way and let him go. Moving countries was easy compared to that decision and it was heartbreaking for me. I can't pretend it was any other way.
My sweet Millie, his sister is still with me and I know that she has stayed to support this letting go process, even though she is also missing her brother deeply. One of my readers pointed out that in the previous photo with the 2 of them lying together, if you rotate the image 180 degrees, they are actually forming a heart. What a precious image and gift.
I know Smudge is bouncing around in a restored body
as I have seen him (and it was so heartwarming when 2 friends described behaviours that they had never physically witnessed, and I knew it was him, and that he is happy!). I still deal with the loss of his physical absence, but he is with us and will be there to welcome his sister when it is her time.
What has helped me so much through this past week where I also came down with a horrendous 'processing cold' (you know those ones that hit whenever you are going through a shift), was an amazing diamond alignment I received from a fellow diamond soul. It really helped to recentre and readjust everything as well as providing some deep insights into what is happening energetically - personally and collectively - through this current phase. Thank you Morag.
I will be writing a longer post with these insights on my blog now that I am getting back on track, and will send out the link as soon as I have put it together.
On a further sombre note, Heather Garrett, my dear Light Code graphic artist, also lost her life partner when he transitioned unexpectedly on Wed. 16th Jan. Please hold her and Werner in your thoughts and prayers too, along with all others around the planet who have experienced phsyical loss (I have also heard from a number of sunscribers who have been through sudden and traumatic loss recently). May you all find the peace within that enables you to access the gifts in such difficult circumstances. It is never easy, and my heart is with you.

A great blog post that I found a link to a few weeks ago re: a journalist's altered state experience with the 'diamond' which he was told is his soul. Sounds familar! A lovely report....
An alternative look at psychopathic traits in certain tranches of the human race. Interesting concepts and opens up a new line of thinking about what makes us 'human' (or not). I have come across various references previously to 'Shadow People' or Backdrop People & taking a look around the world it is not difficult to believe that this could indeed be a relevant perspective. Take a look for yourself and note if any bells ring for you!
If there is one film I recommend everyone watch this year, it is this documentary. You can only rent or buy the movie, but it is well worth it. It is an amazing story of an amazing singer, Rodriguez, dubbed affectionately 'The Inner City Poet', who wrote about what he was seeing in the streets around him and set it to music. His albums were recorded in the early 70's and although he was never recognised in his own country became an icon bigger than the Rolling Stones halfway around the world - only he never knew it.
There is not a single bad review I have seen & certainly Rodriguez and his lyrics are finding new life in this current era of dissatisfaction with the 'Establishment' and status quo. Hailed as greater than Bob Dylan, this artist's story is as far removed from the canned pop and current celebrity obsession as it is possible to get - beautiful, heartwarming, philosophical and inspiring.
A great free documentary on youtube about the truth behind the biological and cognitive effects of EMF pollution. Very informative, and knowledge that everyone should have in order to adapt to our wireless, heavily microwaved environment - especially understanding the effects on the pineal gland and ability to access higher consciousness.
