Our last two 'Power of Light' classes focused intently on our physiological relationship with light as human beings and living aspects of nature's continuum. Our recognition and utilisation of this valuable insight and information is vital for enabling our internal 'systems' to self regulate in all their beautiful complexity. This self-regulation is not about control, but about fuelling our inner light that facilitates true dreaming - and an aliveness that accompanies the natural emergence of creative forces co-ordinated by the light within.
