You can do this by smudging the house to clear out old stagnant energies, fears, doubts, disappointments, etc. If you do not have sage, you can simply walk through the house with incense. Open all the windows, and drawers to allow the purifying smoke to clear any negative energies. After you have prepared sacred space, light a small white candle that you will allow to burn completely. Take the time to think about all things that need to be forgiven. Experiences from the past, people from the past who have affected your life. Things you need to forgive about yourself, especially if you are carrying around the energy of guilt. Think about the debts that you feel others owe you and release them; think about the obligations that you feel you have not met. Think about your regrets. As we gather for our special journey today, we will be clearing and recalibrating the energy of the heartfield through recognition and conscious release - clearing the slate!
