The header image here was taken in our log burner at home a couple of days ago, and served as a beautiful reminder of the power of the heart in this month where the focus is on Love. The heart in the burning log, was so clear and perfectly formed, and opening the doors to stoke the fire also perfectly time to witness it :)
This month, while so much of the focus is on the commercialisation or commoditisation of Love as an emotional attribute, it is still a wonderful opportunity to take the time to consider all the many ways in which Love is ever present, in every moment of every day.

Love is inherently who you are. It is nature, and as such infuses and informs every aspect of your being - it is Love that fuels the cells in your body, that regulates the chemical reactions keeping you alive, that shares life-giving O2 with you and provides you with the intuitive insights, nudges and awareness that guide every action. Whether you are aware of it or not, the infinite spark of love lives its eternal message at the core of your being, always. Its subtle nudges may be overriden by program overlays, misdirected teachings, beliefs, self-judgment and so on, but the truth of YOU is unchanging and unwavering.

Throughout life there will be times when it may feel as if the light has gone out, or has dimmed under the weight of tragedy or circumstances, however, these are just transitory - and sometimes, those conditions serve to 'break the heart open' to ultimately allow an even greater expression of that Love. We know that Love has the power to heal so many physical and emotional afflictions in a multitude of ways. It has the power to maintain us through challenges, to purify, facilitate gratitude, resilience, fearlessness and courage, to always move us in the direction of our highest potential - if we acknowledge, fuel and enable it to burn ever more brightly. Whether in sadness or joy, we carry that flame with us, seeding it into a future that is emboldened by its presence and power.

How amazing it is to be human and to know that we carry all of that potential within us. 

In this, our first teleclass and energy process of 2023, we will fuel the inner flame of love and examine some of the ways that the so-called 'Spiritual Teachings' have influenced our ability to connect fully with the love that ultimately drives us!
