This teleclass series is an educational program and is not orientated towards 'activating' kundalini in any way. To seek to awaken the full force of this energy when an individual is not prepared or aware of how to deal with it is spiritually irresponsible - we can either burn or be transformed by this energy and should never underestimate the power and force it brings. Having been through a number of kundalini 'cycles', I have both experienced, explored, researched and worked with this energy in order to understand it and 'partner' with it as and when it arises or begins another stage of my own transformation.
This 3-part series (3 x 75 minute teleclasses) will provide you with a more solid foundation and will:
- enhance your awareness and understanding of this mystical, magical Divine force and our role as spiritualising human beings
- clarify the difference between spiritual awakening and kundalini manifestations
- assist you in identifying the initial signs and signals that kundalini is stirring, in self and others
- provide you with insights into the emotional, psychological, physical and spiritual impacts of kundalini activity
- give you guidance on how to work with each aspect of the awakened force
- the gifts and the potential downsides of awakened kundalini (yes there are downsides that can become gifts if we are aware and know how to work with them!)
The classes are pre-recorded so you can go through each video in your own time.
