Time : 11.00 am (UK) 6.00 am EDT 4.00 am MDT The summer solstice is a time to celebrate the 'sacred fire', the light of consciousness within ourselves and within each and every person, and to reflect upon the potential for consciousness to achieve its own awakening.
The progress of the sun throughout the year symbolizes the process of evolving levels of enlightenment, and the summer solstice is the apex of this annual journey as the day of most light in the year. It symbolizes a return to wholeness in which the Son or Divine Child, Mother Goddess (Divine Feminine) and Divine Masculine become unified in their consciousness within us (reference : belsebuub.com/articles/the-spiritual-meaning-of-the-summer-solstice) Carl Boudreau in his evaluation of the astrological influences for June 2014, and in particular the solstice, summarises the impacts this month as being "enabling, motivating and assisting individuals to realign themselves with their soul purpose, or life mission at a profound level. These transformations, as they ripple through our shared lives, will affect public discourse and bring about lasting changes in global culture" Our diamond solstice gathering will connect with the heart of our own radiant inner sun, the light of our integrated consciousness. We will build a bridge between the heart of our planet, our own sacred heart and the heart of our sun as we download new fire codes to fuel the transformations. During this celebration, we will also work with the elementals and nature spirits, to deepen both our own as well as planetary healing. A short introduction to how the various elemental types support life on our planet will precede our meditative journey. The more we work in co-operation with the elemental kingdoms, the greater is the ultimate amplification of our positive intentions. Please join us for a celebratory and healing journey!
